These are just a few of the neighborhoods I specialize in:

Hillsboro Village is an upscale urban mix of university students and faculty, VUMC employees and staff, artists, musicians, boutiques, restaurants and businesses. Many of Nashville's most beloved institutions including Fido, the Belcourt Theater, Pancake Pantry, Pizza Perfect, Bookman/Bookwomen, Provence and Savarino's Cucina. Within walking distance from Hillsboro Village, you will find Music Row, Vanderbilt University and Medical Center, Belmont University, several parks, elementary schools, churches and more.

12South is considered the Shangri La of Nashville. “One of Nashville’s trendiest communities where many flock to be seen and developers vie for available land” ~ Davidson AM , The Tennessean 8/1/08. I am proud to call the 12South neighborhood my home. As a Realtor, I specialize in the area. Some of the cool places in 12South include Rumors Wine and Art Bar, 12South Taproom, Katy K’s Designs, Frothy Monkey, Corner Music, Mirror, Mafioza’s Pizza, Sevier Park, and 12th South Yoga .The 12South locale is another great place in Nashville with plenty of sidewalks, is bicycle friendly and is centrally located to schools, churches, groceries and universities.

Germantown is Nashville's first subdivision and is registered with the National Register of Historic Places . It has the urban feel with new construction with many original renovated homes & businesses.  Germantown has great restraints such as Germantown Cafe, Mad Platter Restaurant, Monells, Zackies Hot Dog, City House & King Fish. It is also home to Germantown Street Festival and Beir Run - proudly going on its 28th year! While having the great feel of an historic district, Germantown has many condominium developments such as Morgan Park Place, 4th & Monroe, Werthan Mills, Summer Street Lofts, Madison Square & Germantown Lofts. This niche corner of Nashville is very close to downtown, interstate, shopping, Centennial Park, and the Farmer's Market.

Sylvan Park  is great classic West Nashville neighborhood. Tree lined streets and landscaped yards are prominent in this grid pattern neighborhood that originates from the 1940's.

Sylvan Park has fantastic restaurants and pubs such as  Park Cafe, Sylvan ParkCafe Nonna, and McCabe Pub. The alternative Darkhorse Theater is located just on the northern fringe.  Richland Park   has a local library branchSylvan Park is  just north of West End Avenue and close to I40. Centrally located to schools, churches, groceries and universities.

East Nashville is located over the Cumberland River from Nashville. East Nashville is actually a combination of some of the oldest and most established neighborhoods in Nashville: Inglewood, East End, Edgefield, & Lockeland Spring. Inglewood neighborhood was started in 1908. It runs from Gallatin Pike to the Cumberland River. It is a neighborhood of homes, schools and churches. East End began in 1876 as an outcropping of Edgefield and got its name from its location. It can boast to retain most of the original architecture. Located between Shelby and Woodland Streets along its east and west borders and extends north and south along 14th and 10th Streets. East End is also home to the popular  5 Points - a great mix of shopping, eating and local businesses. Edgefield began in 1850 and was the first urban neighborhood to begin revitalization. It is a historic preservation district (along with East End), retaining many of its original architecture from the 1800's. Located from South Fifth Street to South Tenth Street between Woodland and Shelby Streets. East Nashville offers the close proximity to downtown while providing the affordable suburban feel.
